As I assumed the role of Advanced Practice Nurse, part of the impostor syndrome was the realization that I did not understand why clinicians don't follow the protocols and why human error is so ubiquitous in the hospital. The MScA I completed did not provide me with this knowledge, and I spent many years searching for a way to fill this gap. I will share my journey to the Polytechnique Montréal.
