In Quebec the dyad partnership between Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses often work together in a dyad model across several clinical settings, including a Neuroscience inpatient unit. This project aims to better understand how the dyad functions on a Neuroscience unit by identifying its strengths, challenge and areas for improvement. 

The goal is to optimize collaboration between RNs and LPNs to enhance patient care and support effective, sustainable team-based practices
